Mr. Amour joined AIF Capital in 1998 and has led the executive team since 2003. Mr. Amour has resided in Hong Kong since 1985 and has more than 20 years of investment and finance experience in Asia, including working in investment banking and in industry. Mr. Amour holds a BComm (accounting and finance) and LLB from the University of New South Wales and a LLM from the University of Melbourne in Australia. Mr. Amour studied Chinese Language at Fudan University in Shanghai and speaks and reads Chinese (Mandarin).

Dr. Lim joined AIF Capital in 1994 and has led and worked on deals across the Asia Pacific region. In addition to investment activities, Dr. Lim has been actively involved in raising funds from investors worldwide. Dr. Lim has represented AIF Capital on the boards of various portfolio companies. Dr. Lim has more than 25 years of private equity, investment banking, utility and industrial experience. Dr. Lim holds a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology, England and a first class honors degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Malaya, Malaysia. Dr. Lim was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and has lived and worked for considerable periods in Hong Kong, Australia and England. Dr. Lim is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hainanese, Hokkien and Malay.

Mr. Tse joined AIF Capital in 1994 and has led investments in transportation, logistics and manufacturing. Mr. Tse has more than 14 years of private equity experience in Greater Asia, including Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, Sri Lanka, India, and Thailand. Mr. Tse represents AIF Capital on the boards of various portfolio companies. Prior to AIF Capital, Mr. Tse worked with Hopewell Holdings Limited and was involved in the investment, development, financing, construction and operations of infrastructure projects among others. Mr. Tse holds a BSc and MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Tse is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Tse is also fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and speaks Japanese and Teochew.

Mr. Lee joined AIF Capital in 1994 and has led investments in media, transportation, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. He also supervises financial analysis for all of AIF Capital's existing and target investments. Mr. Lee has more than 15 years of experience in finance and investment. Mr. Lee represents AIF Capital on the boards of various portfolio companies. Prior to joining AIF Capital, Mr. Lee was a director of Unibrite Corporation, Toronto where he was responsible for real estate investments and financing strategies. Mr. Lee graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and M.E. in Transportation and Urban Planning and an MBA. Mr. Lee is a professional engineer and a CFA charterholder. Mr. Lee is also a SEPC graduate from Harvard Business School. He is  fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Mr. Lal joined AIF Capital in 1997 and has led investments across sectors, including manufacturing, banking, telecom, power and steel, in India, Indonesia, the Philippines and Korea. After nearly eight years in Hong Kong, Mr. Lal relocated to New Delhi in 2006 to head AIF Capital's office in India. Mr. Lal has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, project finance and corporate banking. Mr. Lal represents AIF Capital on the boards of various portfolio companies and is also an independent director on the board of Bharti Airtel Limited, India's largest private telco. Prior to joining AIF Capital, Mr. Lal worked with AIG Investment Corporation (India Head) and Bank of America (Vice President - Head Financial Institutions Group). Mr. Lal is an engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Mr. Lal is also an AMP graduate from Harvard Business School. Mr. Lal is also fluent in Hindi.

Mr. Hui has over 15 years private equity experience in Asia. Mr. Hui joined AIF Capital in 1994. Mr. Hui has a strong investment background, specialising in corporate valuation, strategic planning, acquisitions and capital structuring. His experience also covers management of complex commercial, legal and accounting due diligence processes. Mr. Hui holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Hui is a CFA charterholder.

Ms. Chung joined AIF Capital in 1995 and is responsible for the administration, compliance and accounting systems for the firm. Ms. Chung has more than 10 years of experience in the operations of private equity funds. Prior to joining AIF Capital, Ms. Chung worked with multinational companies - Honeywell Limited, SunLife Financial - and the Ontario Government of Canada. Ms. Chung graduated with Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Business Management, with distinction from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charterholder. Ms. Chung is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Ms. Doris Ng joined AIF Capital in 2009 and has over 20 years of international investment banking experience in transaction execution, strategic business development across debt and equity capital markets, corporate advisory, investment banking coverage and specialized funds management activities.  Ms. Ng was previously a Managing Director with Macquarie Capital Group in Hong Kong responsible for their infrastructure and China funds activities. Prior to that, she was also Head of Product Development, Asia Pacific & Head of Greater China Business Development at Credit Agricole Indosuez.  Ms. Ng graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew, and Hokkien.
